Percent decline, year-over-year, in U.S. bank repossessions in February 2013. This is a 65-month low, overall – the lowest level since September 2007[1]. On a state-by-state basis, bank repossessions declined year-over-year in 4   1 states. Oregon led the pack with a decrease of 78 percent.
